3 Years of Free Tune-Ups on New Bike Purchases
Doug’s is proud to offer three years of free tune-ups on all new bicycles purchased through us. Our service plan includes basic maintenance and fine-tuning of bicycles, and free installation of parts. It does not include the cost associated with wearable parts such as tubes, tires, brake pads, chain etc.
Bring your bike in for a tune up as many times as you like in the first three years of ownership!

A quick check over to ensure a safe ride. Perfect for bikes recently purchased from box-stores.

SHIMANO HOLLOWTECH II RECALL
Shimano is issuing a voluntary recall of some bonded 11-speed HOLLOWTECH II road cranksets produced before July 2019 for a possible bonding separation issue.

Bring your affected crank(s) in for inspection, at no charge to you. You may need to leave your crank(s) with us for up to 48 hours.
